I stayed here two nights visiting a friend for her 40th birthday. The hotel room was clean and I loved the historic building. Staff was friendly and I asked for a quiet room at check in since I wanted to sleep and didn’t want to hear Printer’s Alley late at night! The standard room was a bit small, I wished I splurged on a suite but it was fine for the weekend. Valet and the front desk was always so friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again!
We had an excellent stay in Nashville. The entire staff was very helpful and welcoming including Scott with valet services. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed daily breakfast and coffee. Caedon and Quentin provided exceptional service. Hope we can come again.
Excellent stay! Shout out to Ash, Shanitra who greeted me warmly when I checked in after midnight. Their energy was warm, professional and just what I needed after a long travel day. Isaiah and Kevon in Valet took great care. The Drug Store coffee shop team were also Excellent!!
We had such a great experience at the Noelle. We were without electricity for 4 days and the staff, rooms and hospitality could not have been nice or more helpful! Everyone, but especially Isaiah and Dakota made us feel right at home! We sad to leave, but will come back! All smiles here! Cheers!
5 stars for Noelle! This is 1 of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Amazing space, service was out of this world. Dakota immediately greeted us and showed us a grand time, gave amazing recs, and way higher than average service. I look forward to my next stay here :) Go Noelle!!!
Well-designed European-style hotel in downtown Music City. Rooms are small (yet well-appointed), beds are firm (yet with good sheets), front desk employees can be smug (yet informative), and the bell staff was always polite and helpful. Loved the bedside switches for sheer curtains and blackout curtains and lighting, but labels on the switches were worn and a bit hard to read. Location is excellent for seeing the many downtown attractions, especially the Ryman, but be ready to walk (only in comfortable shoes!) up and down quite steep hills both to and from the hotel.
Historic hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Scott the valet was very nice and helpful! Front desk and lobby bar were efficient and friendly. Overall great stay! Almost forgot, the meeting room attendant was awesome! She anticipated our needs and was so nice !
This hot is so classy. Beyond the swanky vibe the service staff takes such good care Of the patrons. The hotel coffee shop called the Coffee shop is run by the nicest guys Caedon and Ethan. They make delicious cappuccinos and are just friendly and warm and very attentive. The restaurant in the hotel called Luna has the most fabulous Mexican vibe and we’ve had such great food there and drinks and the bartenders name was Michael. He just had a great personality and took really good care of us. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Nashville
